The fascination for the multiple ways of expressing and communicating through the body has ruled her path of development. Starting with a formation in classical and contemporary dance she worked with theatres and companies through Europe and South America. While practicing Yoga to maintain a healthy body-mind state for herself in 2003/04 she completed her first Teacher Training in order to deepen and share this knowledge with others. Five years of studying a form of body-oriented psychotherapy followed and offered a new way of working with the body and its complex function. Getting in contact with the loving touch of Thai Massage and Tao touch Chin Nei Tsang fascinated her deeply. She is inspired by diverse teacher and approaches. Observing the richness that submerges out of a state of presence and compassion. As a Practice that is never completed, never finished but always evolving and changing like life itself.
