Tuning the spine with Krishnatakis in BERLIN, GERMANY

In this course we will focus on how to open and free the spine using bodywork and hands on therapeutic touch. We will bring more flexibility and alignment into the spinal column. We will relax the central nervous system and release chronic pain and tension in the lower back. Our approach is to apply some gentle osteopathic techniques to connect and palpate the silent rhythms of the cerebral spinal fluid and release the fascia around Dura Matter. We will also include some dynamic techniques from Thai Massage to increase mobility and movement of vertebrae. The class is a beautiful introduction for both yoga teachers and therapists and for people who want to discover the beautiful art of therapeutic touch.
