How the soul expresses itself through the body was always fascinating me. As a professional performer in movement theatre, it was much about how the body works. How to move, where it is blocked, or which stereotypes are dominant. Later as a social worker, I could explore the mind and behavior aspect in people while supporting them in their process. Since 2005 I practice Thai Massage which allows me to bring it all together and creates a field of constant development. In my workshops, I like to share my very personal approach and help students develop their own way through self-exploration. Students will be guided individually, supported by their actual technical level and also personal condition is. We will gradually evolve step by step with knowledge, care and acceptance.
