The neck is a bridge in-between the heart and the cranium. It connects our soul with our mind. In our body, it is a fragile and sensitive area, where people hold a lot of tension, creating important restrictions of motion. The neck is also an important pathway for the nervous system and blood circulation creating numerous dysfunctions in our breathing and digestive systems.

In this course we will approach the neck in its globality, linking it with the craniosacral system (CSS), the thoracic cage (heart, pericardium, and also lungs), and the cranial bowl. The neck will be worked in its muscular, fascial, and structural aspects.

During this 5-day course, we will focus on :

• NECK MOBILISATION: getting the confidence to touch the neck
• THE HEART AND ITS FASCIAL LAYER, THE PERICARDIUM: understand the
  links in between the neck and thoracic cage.
• CRANIUM AND ITS BLOOD CIRCULATION: acquire powerful techniques to
  improve blood circulation in the crane (especially important for headaches and
  migraines)
• THE BONY CRANE: understand the link between the neck and cranial bowl :
  occiput, temporal, mandibula
• INTEGRATION: working with the CSS
