ACTivation Workshop, with Evangelia and Vasiliki

Hey friends out there!

We prepared “ACTivation“, a 2-day workshop, where we gathered our circus performing and Dramatherapy techniques. In this workshop, the familiar will take on a fancy twist and our body will be invited to explore new ways of expressing! We will experiment in movement and non-professional acting and you’ll get to prepare your own act, step by step.

Maybe, who knows, MAYBE, you get to unleash the performer and actor within you and discover new ways of expressing your feelings through creative play and being ACTive.

Open to all levels; you don’t need to be an acrobat or an actor to join the course.

1st part: Full Body Activation–> Animal Movement – Inversions
2nd part: Character Developing–> Creating voices

1st part: Soft Acrobatics – new movement patterns based on flowing movement
2nd part: ACTing out: Role-playing activities based on previous movement patterns

1st part: Integrating the material through structured sequences and spontaneous improvisation
