Yoga & Detox Retreat with Krishnataki

10th – 16th May 2021

This 7-day Retreat will lead us through an intense cleansing and purification process. Combining the morning Yoga Asana Flow with an afternoon Taoist practice, we will enjoy both physical, emotional, and spiritual release and openings. As well as Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and Bhakti we will also follow a holistic yogic-life approach with the food – being vegan and with plenty of juices. Choosing the path of Yoga is not about bending your body into different positions, it is about a life choice for optimum health and positivity.

In traditional Chinese medicine, Spring is the season of the Wood ElementSpring is related to the liver and gall bladder, which means that it is likely that some anger wants to be expressed through you. Let it come. Let it be there. Allow it to manifest but don’t feed it. Try to allow it to move through you and release without hurting anyone around you.

Read about our “Stay Home” Spring Detox to take a small taste of the way and the benefits of detoxifying our bodies.

You can read all about this time of year, in our blog article, the Wood Element.

Each day will offer 7 hours of practice

Morning 3 hours of Yoga Asana Flow & Meditation
Afternoon: 1.5 hours Pranayama and Taoist exercises for longevity
1.5 hours Nutrition & Cooking class alternating with Thai Massage workshop
Evening: Chantings, Satsang & Meditation
