DESCRIPTION:Description\nDuring any kind of massage\, the abdomen (belly) is very often superficially treated or even overlooked\, however\, it is where our most essential\, vital organs live. It is said to be the home of our emotional brain\, our energy center\, the storage place for all our toxicity and one of the most vulnerable places to touch in a person. \nIn this advanced workshop\, we will deepen the practice of the techniques introduced in the Intro Workshop and explore advanced techniques and detoxifying methods. \nThis advanced course is for those who have completed either the 3-day introduction course or the full 6-day retreat in the Alchemy of Abdominal massage. During this course we will go deeper into specifics and explore more options to build our toolkit of healing resources. We will expand upon the basics and offer the following: \nFocusing on the five elements\, the Pak wa and the wind gates and how to work with them in different ways with relationship to internal organs and using TaoTouch Chi Nei Tsang / Working with scar tissue / Osteothai techniques – recoils/ compaction and decompaction\, mostly on diaphragm / In depth working on the naval / Working on the psoas & hips / Integration with the neck\, head and feet \nIn terms of self-practice to build connection and energy resources: Buddha Palms chi gong sequence / Fountain of Life guided journey and other meditations / Advanced intuitive work and channeling / Movement / Boundaries exploration & changes in perception. \nSchedule\nFriday: 18:45-22:00\nSaturday: 8:30-18:00\nSunday: 8:30-17:00

DESCRIPTION:Our abdomen is our core\, our energy center – where vitality and depletion can exist\, depending on how harmoniously we live with our vital organs on a physical\, emotional\, mental and spiritual level. It is the one place where we have all lived at some point. We are all creatures of the abdomen – the belly – the core underworld – the center of the universe – the beginning of all creative human life force. Unfortunately\, as we grow from childhood into adulthood most of us lose touch with ourselves from the waist down\, so this course is aimed at igniting the reconciliation process with our core. \nDuring this 3-day introduction course to the work of Abdominal Massage\, we will learn how to decode and uncover the power that we have in the palms of our hands to create an environment of trust and safety when diving into the Pandora’s box of the abdomen – the individual treasure chest of secrets\, emotions and potential. By placing our ears into the palms of our hands we will practice deep listening in order to allow the organs to speak to us of their most hidden truths. We will touch upon ancient shamanic traditions\, energetic fields\, Cranio Sacral bodywork and Chi Nei Tsang principles.
