Thai Yoga Massage Course with Krishnataki in ZURICH
3rd – 5th December 2021
This is a 3-day workshop, teaching the sacred dance of therapeutic Thai massage. It is a course which is appropriate for both beginners in bodywork and professional therapists, as we will dive deeper into the therapeutic aspects of this healing art.
We will mainly be addressing the water element, as we approach Winter, and we will focus on the care and attention we need to give to our lower backs and kidneys. We will look at the energetic, muscular and anatomical aspects of pain within our bodies and how we can release tension through working on the fascia and with the meridians and acupressure points. We will also combine this workshop with movements for our own self-care as bodyworkers, as well as meditations and practices which bring us back into the heart.
