DESCRIPTION:Craniosacral Therapy\nCraniosacral Therapy is a gentle\, non-invasive\, hands-on approach\, whose origins come from the practice of Osteopathy. The craniosacral rhythm is the internal manifestation of the health and vitality of the human body and is directly connected with the function of homeostasis (state of physiological balance). It also recognizes the interconnection between mind and body (psychosomatic)- traumatic life events can manifest either on a physical or an emotional level\, a disease\, dysfunction\, or poor healing. \nBy exploring its basic elements and biomechanics\, we will find ways to release the tensions and work with the imbalances that obstruct these natural subtle motions.
