DESCRIPTION:The “Morjim Sequences“ got their name as a homage to the little Indian town Morjim\, where Sia regularly spends many months studying yoga and teaching Thai massage classes to different kinds of bodyworkers. \nThese sequences focus on specific parts of the body. The techniques of each sequence combine different aspects and principles that complement each other. In a playful way\, we will learn more sophisticated techniques by repeating and deepening the principles of Thai Yoga Massage and other forms of Mindful Bodywork.\nWe will deepen our understanding of the benefits of certain techniques and how the body reacts by being approached in different ways. According observations and reactions can give us more clarity on how to approach particular conditions and situations.
