When we learn to palpate\, feel\, understand and interact with this part of our body\, we begin to touch the core essence of who we are and give space for our internal organs to speak to us. \nMany imbalances\, pains and chronic diseases are born from depletion or excess in our internal organs. When we begin to understand the emotional\, physical and spiritual aspects connected with each one of them\, we can connect with the energy of healing and rebalancing.
