Krishnatakis at Festi’Thai
8th – 10th July 2023
Thai Massage with the Feet:
Working with your feet is a great tool to have as a massage therapist, as it allows your arms and wrists to have a rest and can help when massaging more heavy people with a strong constitution. We will learn how to use the feet in both static and dynamic ways in the prone, supine and side positions.
Thai Massage & the 5 Elements:
We will learn about the therapeutic application of Thai Massage, in accordance with the five elements of Chinese Medicine. Water, Earth, Metal, Fire, and Wood make up the elemental system according to Chinese Medicine. We will explore the emotional body, pathological conditions, dietary nutrition & herbs, as well as go deep into elemental awareness with ceremony, meditation, movement, touch, qi gong and breath-work.
The Festi’ Thaï invites you this year to slow down our incessant race! Take a moment, lie down and watch the Big Dipper. Listening to silence, movement and growing Nature. In Fonroque, live the present moment in the middle of the countryside. Massage, vibrate and sing, I can already read happiness on your little face. Celebrating the roots of Thai Massage in a benevolent and gentle atmosphere. Meditate and bring awareness into your touch, that’s the real resource. Let yourself go and dance! Love and Joy splash us! So you’re coming ? We all need a little help!

Krishnataki, originally from Greece, has been teaching Thai Yoga massage, yoga and qi gong since 1998 having lived and studied in Thailand and India. His first gateway to the East was through the inspirational teachings of Tai Chi master Tew Bunnag which led him down the path in search of his true spiritual essence.
He is now a senior massage teacher of the Sunshine Network, and has trained with Thai massage masters Pichet Boonthume, Chayuth Priyasith and Asokananda and has a Sivananda Yoga background. He is passionate about organic farming, Chinese medicine, cooking and nutrition and incorporates aspects of yoga, meditation and Qi Gong into all his courses.
His base is at Sunshine House, where he leads a variety of retreats aimed at igniting the spiritual, healing flame that lies dormant in each and every one of us, however, he still spends time traveling abroad to teach and also study, where possible. He is renown for his unique, fun-loving and passionate way of teaching as well as his generous spirit, hot hands and delicious home-made recipes. When he is not teaching, he is with his three beautiful children or soaking in hot spring waters.
It is in the heart of the nature of Périgord, within the Lou Tuquet campsite, privatized for the occasion, that we give you an appointment.
