STILLNESS & PRECISION

In the winter season, nature retracts its energy. Plants store their life force in their roots to explode from there in their full strength and thrive with the awakening of spring. In this special course, we will use this principle of nature to allow deep regeneration.

We will apply techniques with much precision, using the forearm, feet and shinbone to softly sink very deep into the body without using any strength. Additionally, we will follow the dance of the fascia with our seeing palms and listen to the ocean of stillness that might arise.

The given techniques can have therapeutic effects and are to be felt as very nourishing, expelling blockages from the body that might be held on physical, mental, or emotional levels.
